Tremendously Unbothered

Hi, I’m Aliza — but you can call me Liza. I’m 21 (turning 22 soon) and an LLB graduate who doesn’t drink, smoke, or party late. I like to be in bed by 9:30 p.m., even if I’m scrolling my phone or working on my Pinterest, Tumblr, or YouTube channel until late. I wake up late — usually around noon — and spend my mornings with my mom, cooking and talking. Cooking makes me happy. So does reading books and working on my career plans. I’m on a weight-loss journey. I’ve made progress, but I’m still scared of going back to where I started. I’m broke right now, but I’m building my future piece by piece. Sometimes I take money from my parents just to buy them gifts, because making them happy makes me feel like I’m doing something right. I don’t want to practice law in a courtroom. I want to work in compliance or AML, because it aligns with the life I want: independent, stable, peaceful. This blog is my space to be honest — with myself first, and then with you. It’s where I share my thoughts, my fears, my progress, and my healing — without pretending to be someone I’m not. If you’re here, welcome.
